MRI Review with Dr. Hirsch

Send your imaging and a pain diagram. Dr. Hirsch reviews them personally and records a short video explaining what he sees and what he would consider next.

What You Receive

  • A short video recorded by Dr. Hirsch, usually two to three minutes long.
  • What your imaging shows, described in plain language.
  • Which findings line up with the symptoms you marked on your pain diagram.
  • Whether surgery is worth considering, and which options would apply if it is.
$250, one time. This is not billed to insurance and no procedure code is provided. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Dr. Hirsch sends your video within three business days of the day we have both your payment and materials he can read.

3. Send imaging
We email you instructions for sending your actual MRI images.
4. Review
Dr. Hirsch records your video and emails you a private link to watch it.

Before you submit

What this includes. Dr. Hirsch will personally review the pain diagram and imaging you send and record a short video explaining what he sees and what he would consider next. You will receive a private link to that video by email.

Limits of this review. This review is based only on the materials you send. It does not include a physical examination, which is part of how spine problems are properly diagnosed. Dr. Hirsch will not prescribe medication, order tests, or direct your care based on this review, and it does not replace care from your own physician.

How your video is delivered. Your video is stored securely and sent to you as a private link by email. Email is not a fully secure channel, and anyone with access to your inbox could open that link. By signing below you are asking us to send it this way and accepting that risk.

Turnaround. Dr. Hirsch will send your video within three business days of the day we have both your payment and materials he can read.

Refunds. The fee pays for Dr. Hirsch's opinion. You will be refunded in full if he cannot complete the review, including if your imaging cannot be opened or the study is not adequate. The fee is not refunded because the opinion is that you do not need surgery.

Urgent symptoms. Do not use this form for an urgent problem. If you have new or worsening weakness in an arm or leg, loss of bladder or bowel control, or numbness in the groin or inner thighs, go to an emergency room now.
